Anxiety can make everyday life feel overwhelming—from school and friendships to family expectations and planning for the future. The good news is that your son doesn’t have to navigate it alone.

This 5-week in-person group therapy program is designed specifically for Muslim boys ages 17–18, providing a safe, supportive environment where they can better understand anxiety, develop practical coping skills, and connect with peers facing similar challenges.

Led by Registered Psychotherapist Abdul Wasey Faruqi, each session combines evidence-based therapeutic strategies with culturally and faith-sensitive care, helping participants build resilience while staying grounded in their values.

Throughout the five weeks, teens will:

– Better understand what anxiety is and why it happens.
– Learn practical tools to manage anxious thoughts and overwhelming emotions.
– Build confidence in handling stress, school pressures, and relationships.
– Develop healthier coping strategies that can be used long after the program ends.
– Connect with other Muslim teens in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
